The aim of the agenda was to evaluate the current status of citizens with non-religious orientation of  life stance and of the particular NGO-s representing the groups with such a philosophy of life in these countries.

The analysis and discussion have revealed,  that secular-minded citizens and their organisations have no equal status as compared with religious groups and are in contrast to religious groups not subsidised  from the state budget.

A concluding resolution was passed pointing out the necessity not only to implement religious freedoms, but at the same time to materialise equal treatment to all -including nondenominational citizens, confessing a science-based life stance in the state policy.
