ROVNAKÉHO PRÍSTUPU ŠTÁTU K OBČANOM BEZ OHĽADU NA ICH SVETONÁZOROVÉ PRESVEDČENIE.
Chceme teda faktografickým materiálom poukázať na nedostatky, ktoré sa sice nesmelo kritizujú, no zväčša nedosahujú žiaden efekt k lepšiemu.
Veľký dôraz kladieme pritom aj na tok informácií zo zahraničia. Je to preto, že v niektorých štátoch dosiahli už v tejto oblasti neodškriepiteľné úspechy. Druhý dôvod je ten, že stále ešte existuje jazyková bariéra, ktorá bráni šíreniu informácií bez ohľadu na hranice štátu – tak ako to stanoví naša Ústava.
Ak budú na tejto strane aj varovné hlasy pred diskrimináciou. treba to chápať v zrkadle súčasného svetového diania. Máme stále v živej pamäti tragické udalosti v Severnom Írsku, Bosne a Hercegovine, v Kosove, - ak chceme ísť ešte ďalej stačí spomenúť palestínsko-izraelský spor, atd . Všetky majú spoločného menovateľa: Štátna svetská moc nedokázala rovnako a bez diskriminácie pristupovať k požiadavkám všetkých vrstiev občanov, najmä nie tých „menšinových“. Medzinárodná spoločnosť nedokázala zavčasu konať dostatočne účinné preventívne kroky na zabránenia krviprelievania. Je to teda problém širší než sa zdá na prvý pohľad.
V celom zameraní stránky sa budeme sústreďovať na neuspokojené legitímne potreby bezkonfesijných občanov nášho štátu. Bolo by však ťažkým omylom domnievať sa, že tým chceme vyjadrovať akúkoľvek nevraživosť voči tým, čo sú šťastnejší preto, že ich štátna správa upre
dnostňuje a vytvára pre nich privilegované postavenie.Ak by sa niektorí čitatelia napriek tomu nevedeli zmieriť s uverejnenými tézami, rešpektujeme ich názor – pravda za predpokladu, že aj oni rešpektujú naše názory. Ak by z ich strany táto podmienka nebola splnená- potom môžeme im poradiť iba jedno:
NEČÍTAJTE NÁS.Napokon posledným cieľom stránky je aj posilňovanie kontaktov medzi občanmi, ktorí pociťujú na vlastnej koži opísané nedostatky. Pre nich je to príležitosť na otvorené diskusie a otvorené informácie, ktoré naše masmédia doteraz neposkytujú ľuďom, ktorí majú nenáboženský filozofický svetonázor.

The social changes after November 1898 in Slovakia were rather complicated.. One could not have expected anything else . A positive feature of that development was unconditional acceptance of legal provisions for protection of human rights. But citizens of Slovakia are still apprehensive of some phenomena, which are at variance with accepted international norms . It pertains to many fields of both public and private life, to internal and external politics and relations. We have selected on this web page one single very narrow sphere of such issues - which possibly does not belong to the most crucial ones from a short term view point, but one cannot deny its importance considering a long term perspective. It is the issue of
EQUAL ATTITUDE OF THE STATE TOWARDS CITIZENS REGARDLESS OF THEIR LIFESTANCE - PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE.
We want to point out by factual materials some of the deficiencies, which however being criticised in a restrained way, mostly do not bring about any improvement. We put a great stress on the information flow from abroad. Doing so we keep in mind that some nations have already achieved indisputable success. The second reason is that a certain language barrier still exists and prevents disseminating information across the state's borders - though the Slovak Constitution supports it.. If we put on this web page some warnings against discrimination, it has to be understood in the mirror of the current global development. We still keep in a vivid mind the tragic happenings in Northern Ireland, Bosnia Herzegovina , and in Kosovo ,- if we are to enlarge even more - it's enough to mention the Palestine -Israeli conflict, etc. All of them have a common denominator : The State authority and ruling power did not menage to treat equally without any discrimination against demands of all strata of citizens, especially those of "minorities". The international community did not succeed to take effective preventive steps for making end to bloodshed. Thus, it is a wider problem than it seems to be on the first sight. In the general line of this website we are about to focus on the unsettled legitimate needs of nondenominational citizens of Slovakia. However, it would be a serious mistake to presume that we intend to express any resentment against those , who are luckier because the State authorities grant them advantages and create for them a privileged position. If some of the readers despite all aforesaid things could not comply with the main theses publicised below - we respect their opinion- certainly under the condition that they do the same as pertains to ours. If that condition on their part cannot be met - then we can advise them only one thing: DO NOT READ US ! Finally the last aim of this website is to strengthen mutual contacts between citizens who feel to be targets - exposed to the described deficiencies. For them it offers opportunities for open discussions, which the domestic media at present do not give to people who have a non-religious philosophic life stance.
